⚠ ALL DONATIONS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Refund attempts and chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.

Important Rules:

You must open a donation ticket in Discord to claim any donator perks or priority queue.
Donator perks are NOT products — they are perks you receive for supporting the servers.
Donator perks DO NOT STACK. Pick one tier based on your total donation amount.
Servers are fully funded by donations. If the monthly goal is met, leftover funds roll to next month.
Patreon is a subscription service — it will auto-renew if you don't cancel. No refunds for this.
Priority queue donations are not available on Namalsk servers (map developer restriction).

Custom Branded Clothing & Weapons:

Only vanilla & weapon expansion clothing/weapons can be reskinned.
Custom items are added to safe zone traders — they are not given directly to you.
Custom skins take 3–4 weeks to be added to the servers.
Open a ticket in Discord before donating for custom branded items.

Priority Queue

Priority Queue puts you at the front of the server queue when the server is full and after restarts. It is not instant — it can take 1–48 hours to activate after your ticket is processed. Not available on Namalsk servers.

Donation FAQ

Can I donate for a friend and give them server priority?

Yes. Provide the same donation info (server name, amount, Patreon username or PayPal transaction ID) but use your friend's Steam64 ID instead of yours when opening a ticket.

I have server priority but it's not working?

You either provided an incorrect Steam64 ID, or the server hasn't auto-restarted yet. Priority only takes effect after an automatic server restart.

Can I move my server priority to a different server?

Yes, players can move priority to another server — as long as that server has priority slots available.

Is server priority added automatically after I donate?

No — priority is added manually. After donating, open a donation ticket in Discord and answer all the questions so staff can properly assist you.

Can I get a refund on my donation?

No. All donations and Patreon subscriptions go directly to server costs and are non-refundable. By donating you forfeit any disputes or chargebacks. Refund attempts result in a permanent ban.

How long does it take to receive my perks after opening a ticket?

Priority queue, K/D reset, custom Discord role, private voice channel, and Discord donator role: up to 24 hours.
Custom billboard advertisements: a few days.
Custom skins: 2–4 weeks (may be longer during holidays).

How do I find my PayPal transaction ID?

Check the email linked to your PayPal account. You'll receive a confirmation email with a transaction ID that looks like: 6PJ48743R2984603F

How do I find my Steam64 ID?

Paste your Steam profile URL into steamid.io/lookup. Note: the examples shown on that site are not your ID — use the result generated from your own URL. To find your Steam profile URL: go to Steam, click the dropdown arrow next to your username (top right), then right-click your profile and select "Copy Page URL".
